Simple lessons of the day :

1. Motion creates emotion.

eg . Don't wait to feel good. Do something in order to feel good.

2. Manage your states (Glad, Sad, Scared, Mad)

eg. by words, intonation & action

3. There are no unresourceful people,but only people with unresourceful state.

4. Bad judgement > Experience > Good judgement > Success
