I don't even realize that I have a serious problem with my back until one day...
Hari itu dalam sejarah~
the day when I'm seriously sick -vomited 6 times in 1 day -stomachache [[ ate the wrong food ]]
I felt a bit better on the 2nd day...so I thought that..well maybe I'm recovering.. But later on, I realize that my back was very painful and I cant even stand up straight. Then I decided to consult a Chinese doctor ( Yang Wei Xiong )
According to him : -This kind of injury is normally for ppl who play sports actively [[ but I'm not active in that =.= ]] so, I also dunno how can I get this kind of sickness T.T
-In short,
Don't sleep on those normal soft bed if possible (harder bed is better for your back)
Cannot take cold, and "windy" food..especially foods that contain santan ! eg. Nasi Lemak..
NO tea, nasi lemak, cold drinks or foods and etc...... T.T
Cant stand / sit / walk for a long time... If not, my back will start to pain..
FYI, this is the reason why.. I cant take cold food =)
I have to follow these instructions so that my back will recover ASAP .
