Woke up at 7.50am... and went to the dental appointment this morning(9am)...
But.. As USUAL.... I'm ALWAYS LATE =P
So, reached there at 9.20am~
Waited until 11.20am T.T
Then only reach my turn =.=
I'm sabar ~~~ Sabe sabe~

What the dentist did was........

1. Took out the rubber

2. Insert the so-called "ring" into my teeth

3. Press it hard so that it fits and enter my teeth
( worst part of all~ kinda painful when he pressed it)

4. Took a mould of my teeth ( felt like vomiting out that time )

5. Took out the upper part "ring", left the lower part one's in my teeth
